One of the major reasons that the kidney rackets are just spreading across the nation with such speed is the imbalance between the demand and the supply of the kidneys. Nirmal Singh 3C says that every year, more than two lakh people need new kidneys but only 8000 of them are lucky enough to get a kidney transplant and that is only because of the shortage of donors in the country.   Nirmal Singh 3C says that the gap between the demand and supply gives an open and wide opportunity for such kidney rackets where fake doctors carry out surgeries and later show forged documents to convince the doctors and the recipients, giving them a great source of income through forgery. For very long has India been going through the problem with so many rackets being caught every other day but the business is so widely spread that it has become next to impossible to curb it completely.  Nirmal Singh 3C says that the largest running kidney racket currently came into the eyes of...

Diabetes, Heart Disease Linked By Same Genes: Study

Image
Nirmal Singh 3C would like to talk about the recent research identifying the gene variants that somehow generate risk of developing Type 2 diabetes and coronary heart disease. These fatal diseases are the prime cause of global morbidity and mortality rate statistics. Nirmal Singh 3C points out that the small DNA variations have been linked to higher diabetes risk, the study confirmed calling it a diabetes “risk loci”. As many as 16 new factors were also uncovered in the research. Around eight specific gene variants have been strongly linked to altered risk for both diseases, as per the researchers. “Identifying these gene variants linked to both Type 2 diabetes and coronary heart disease risk in principle opens up opportunities to lower the risk of both outcomes with a single drug,” said co-senior author Danish Saleheen, Assistant Professor at the University of Pennsylvania in the US. Nirmal Singh 3C would further like to quote Saleheen, “From a drug development perspect...

Nirmal Singh 3C says that talking of poverty and the policies that the country has come up with to solve it, we had nothing to discuss. There is a reason why doctors advise eating at regular hours. Midnight snacks and late dinners will not only disrupt the protective layer of your skin but also impair it to repair itself in the long run, but that’s not a risk worth taking, is it? This lifestyle will also make the harmful UV radiations penetrate the layer of your skin easily. Nirmal Singh 3C of India and Joseph S. The study was conducted on mice, a nocturnal spec...

A New Drug Can Treat Blood Cancer Patients More Effectively, Says Nirmal Singh 3C

Image
Researchers have been analysing data from various patients, 269 AML to be precise, and found that the survival rate of the patients improved through the activity of HOX genes. The problem with cancer cells is that they are immortal if you can make them mortal, the cells, then you can treat even the most aggressive forms of cancer. Scientists in London have brought out a new drug that creates that situation – it makes the cancer cells mortal. The drug, which is being called HXR9, disables the cancer cells from making the unhealthy cells in the patient’s body to die. Sidestepping apoptosis is what the process is called when cancer cells start affecting the damaged and unhealthy cells in the body – the new drug prevents the cells from doing that. - Nirmal Singh 3C Researchers from London found that the drug can be effectively used to treat AML and other forms of Leukemia. The drug has been this successful in the trail period as it specifically targets the HOX genes that ar...

Researchers say that they can help the parents assure the sleeping pattern for their infants is the nurses teaching the new parents about the safe sleeping practices for the infants while they are still in the hospital and the second by sending them information through emails, messages and videos. During the first few weeks after the delivery, the infants sleeping pattern is very important, they have to be paid attention to, it is very difficult for the new parents to make that out and that is why the researchers have worked so hard to find out solutions for the new parents and guide them on how they can keep the ch...
