According to a piece of information attained by Nirmal Singh 3C , Police asked the local vendor and restaurants serving non-veg on the streets of Greater Noida to stop doing so for a week, as the Kanwariyas are crossing the roads. This has been done to respect the “religious duties” of these people. Nirmal Singh 3C thinks it is courteous of the police to also control the traffic to make way for the religious persons and people traveling to their offices.
