Chocolate Momos Is The Answer For Your Hunger Pangs
Momos is one of the many
dishes we have embraced with open arms in our culture. Although it has
fused in our culture from the south east
Asia, it is much like a native delicacy. It is an authentic snack of countries
Tibet, China, Nepal etc. Well, the hangover of World Chocolate Day is not over
yet, people celebrate the obsession of chocolates throughout the year.

this snack with chocolate, but isn’t it challenging to retain chocolate in it.
We have relished the aroma of steamed, fried and roasted momos with the filling
of meat, chicken, veggies etc. If you are bon appetite, then you would have
definitely tried the famous places offering the snack. As our taste buds have
now developed a flavour of salty momos, it quite a challenge to make it dish a
hit. Let us explore the innovation, right here!
It is going to be sinfully
sweet, so you can also garnish it with coconut to bring a subtle fine flavour
in it.
Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
Warm water, as required
3/4 cup milk or dark chocolate, chopped
Method
1.
Mix flour, salt thoroughly in a bowl, make it
soft by adding water and avoid making it sticky.

Now, the rolling part, divide the dough into
small parts but they should be equal in
size

Slowly role them into small discs

Do not worry, it’s not as difficult as it looks,
chop the chocolate into fine layers and then fill these discs with chocolate,
while doing this put some water on the edges of each disc so as to seal it

The final stage is here now; all you need to do
is to steam these momos now. For this, you can either put them into bamboo or
steel steamer for 5-8 minutes

Garnish these with coconut grading and cherish
the sumptuous flavour with something sweet.
Henceforth, cooking momos is a cakewalk if add all the
ingredients properly in perfect quantity. Also, do not over steam or fill the
momos as it will affect the appearance of that food.
