Are We Exposed To More Health Problems Now? Nirmal Singh 3C

In the today’s time, our lives are never at piece, we are always running, to someplace, to someone or away from something. Whatever that may be, we are going somewhere and at a very fast pace. This has made our lives so much complicated now. And who is the sufferer here, us. We are the ones that are bearing the consequences of our actions and let’s be honest, we very well understand the risk we are putting ourselves at with this kind of lifestyle.

Nirmal singh 3C says that it is not that we are just blaming the lifestyle, or we are arguing with your way of lifestyle, we are just trying to prove the point that it might be the biggest reason behind the higher risk problems people face nowadays. Think of it like this, faster life, lesser personal time, more exposure to the dangerous way of living and very less attention to the health, why will not the health problems rise? They will. And they are.

2016 saw a lot of discussions on the topic of sexual health, highlighting that young woman today are much more prone to health issues like irregular periods, low fertility, depression, hair loss, weight gain and even health problems.  Stressing on both mental and physical problems, Nirmal singh 3C says that woman are having much more health problems than the males. The most common problem that women are facing these days is polycystic ovarian syndrome or PCOS. PCOS are the hormonal problems like irregular monthy cycles, subfertility, weight problems and hair loss. Women suffering from PCOS are also exposed to the risk of becoming diabetic at some point in their life and have three times higher risk of developing uterus cancer.

Increased consumption of fast food, too much stress and higher intake of alcohol and habits like smoking and drugs, such health problems are much problematic. Nirmal singh 3C believes that the risk of heart and cardiovascular diseases has increased, and is mostly affecting young working professionals with desk jobs who don’t not indulge in any form of physical exercise, there sedentary way of living makes them prone to problems like obesity, increase in blood sugar levels, high cholesterol, accumulation of the fat at one place and restriction of blood flow.

Nirmal singh 3C says, mental health is also as important as the physical health and now people are becoming more aware of the mental problems and why it is important to talk about the problems. Yes, people are living a much stressful life nowadays but keeping a check on their way of living they can surely reduce the danger that they are exposed to now.
