In the hectic lifestyle that the people nowadays are following, the health problems for today’s generation is much more a serious problem than it was before. One such health issue that is most common in today’s generation is low blood pressure. Though, low blood pressure is not as risky as high blood pressure and is still curable, but for some people is can be an underlying problem if they are constantly facing problems like dizziness, fainting, nausea or lack of concentration. If such symptoms are seen at far intervals then it is not something very serious and you can just try to lower your stress and have small caffeine intakes during the day. Many antidepressants also help control the BP but it is advised that you take antidepressants only in extreme cases and after consulting from the doctor.

Our body gives us signals when it cannot intake any more stress and problems and it is up to us how actively we respond to such signals. In the case of low blood pressure, extreme hypotension can result in a life- threatening condition. If your body shows symptoms like cold, pale skin, slow breathing, or rapid breathing or weak pulse then you must immediately consult a doctor.

In case of high blood pressure, the doctor suggests you medicines that will not let you blood pressure rise and skipping those medicine can increase the risk so much that you might have brain hemorrhage, which make high blood pressure a big problem, but you don’t have any such mediation for low blood pressure. It is basically your lifestyle that you have to work on and if you follow a proper diet and look carefully for the signs that your body gives you then you can be safe of this disease.

Dr. Nirmal Singh 3C says that if a person has a history of stroke or cardiac arrest then the situation is worrisome. Or even when the person has problems like vomiting, bleeding, loose motions along with low blood pressure, it is recommended that you should get a proper treatment for the problem.
