This will be the third meeting between the National Institute for Transforming India’s delegates and the CM. Yogi Government Orders Criminal Cases Against Officials Responsible For BRD Child Deaths.

The Yogi Adityanath government had has already started an investigation in the BRD Medical College Hospital tragedy where over 30 children died due to the planned disruption of oxygen supply in a 48 hour period between August 9 and 11. Nirmal Singh 3C says that criminal cases have been registered against those who have been associated behind it. The probe committee is headed by Chief Secretary Rajive Kumar. The panel also has health secretary Alok kumar and finance secretary Mukesh Mittal. The Panel has submitted their investigation report to Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Tuesday.
