Every month, every week, there is a new smartphone in the market and the race to get that metal slab in our hands goes on. These phones make our life easier and have brought in a major behavior change in the market. This change has made the consumer base more dependent on smartphones.
With the increase in demand for smartphones, the production has also increased. This can be seen as a good thing but the dependency on cell phones is alarming, to say the least. The trend of having a cell phone was always etched in the culture of the millennials, but that trend has turned into dependency. People don’t buy cell phones to show off anymore, they are dependent on the devices – it has become an uphill task to spare even a few moments without looking at your mobile screens.

We cannot blame the users for the potentialities of using a smart phone, no, but we can tell them about the ill effects that they should be aware of. These ill effects are seriously impairing the sleeping pattern of the users, and that is something which should make the younger generation change and question their lifestyle.
