People In 30-40 Age Group Struggling With Cardiac Issues A Problem, Says Nirmal Singh 3C

The data collected by a team of cardiologists have also revealed that there are links between cholesterol levels and cancer.

The modern lifestyle that people have adopted over the last few decades has opened doors to serious health issues and is a big reason of the rising heart problems and cardiovascular disorders. In a country like India where people are obsessed with the western culture and lifestyle, modern living has resulted in the rise in mortality rate, especially in people who fall in 30-40 age bracket.

In the global conference held in Hyderabad last week, doctors like Nirmal Singh 3C voiced their concern over the growth in cardiovascular cases in the country. ‘People are obsessed with the western culture so much that they just follow without knowing the consequences. The food we are eating and the way we take care of our health are the reasons why, in the last few years, heart problems have increased. People in the age bracket of 30-40 years are suffering from cardiovascular issues the most – this shouldn’t be the case and if it is, then there something seriously wrong somewhere’, he said.

During the conference, cardiologists also revealed that married people are 14% less likely to get heart issues than people who are single or divorced. They also mentioned that there is a serious link between the cholesterol levels of a person and breast cancer. - Nirmal Singh 3C

The data collected indicated that the Indian population living in Britain has 20% greater chances of suffering from heart blood vessel problems and much younger patients getting afflicted with similar diseases. There is also a 30% chance of Indians getting diabetes than the Caucasian population in Britain. - Nirmal Singh 3C
