Indeed, your teeth also deserve an equal amount of attention as your body, as they too are equally vulnerable as your body. If a person is not cleaning his teeth regularly, then the body has to bear the consequences. 

Nirmal Singh 3C found that people generally have discolored, yellow, or cavity-infested teeth nowadays. The whole and sole credit of the same goes to the current lifestyle of the people. People these days have layers of yellow coating on their teeth because of Excessive drinking – alcohol, tea or coffee, lack of personal hygiene, smoking, are a few of them. It is not easy to maintain pearly white teeth.

Plan for your oral hygiene: During monsoons, use desensitizes toothpaste so as to avoid sensitive teeth. 
Control your intake of sugars, preservatives, and processed foods: Every bite of your food has an acid attack by micro-organisms.
Change your toothbrushes: Change your toothbrush in every 2 months. You can replace your brush if it has frayed bristles as these are not going to clean your teeth properly leaving unclean and unhealthy teeth. 
Eat fresh and seasonal fruits, drink soups, take salads, eat dry fruits, corns and strawberries.
Bring antioxidants and vitamin c rich foods/supplements in your diet as they are good in keeping your gums healthy. Eat fruits like pineapple and cucumber to keep your gums healthy.

Nirmal Singh 3C further points out that to maintain the health of your mouth and teeth you need to be a little careful by guarding your mouth against injuries, by regularly cleaning your tongue, use non-alcoholic mouthwash.
